ORDERS
All products are determined in terms of weight, colors and technical characteristics by the respective Construction Company. Product photos are sample and the color of the final product may differ.
The order is made by the Sales Department of the online store "DR.FIX", which is responsible for the distribution and shipment of products.
The buyer must be informed about the technical characteristics of the products before ordering them and has the right to ask us about them. Any information on our part, concerns technical or other information and is made with every reservation.
Orders are shipped, as long as the product is available, on the current or next business day and delivery depends on mileage, weekends, holidays or other external factors. The transport company is solely responsible for the delivery.
In case the order is not sent as agreed, the customer has every right to cancel it and receive the amount he paid back, if he paid in advance.
PRICES
The prices of all products / services are clearly and close to each product and include VAT 24%. Our store reserves the right to change the prices of its products without notice, when necessary. The customer, once he has confirmed his order, ensures that he will receive the product at the price he "accepted" unless he is informed of a price change.
The shipping charge is determined according to the current pricing policy of the transport companies.
SHIPPING / TRANSPORT
The goods travel under the responsibility of the transport company.
For transports that have been delayed by external factors (such as strikes, road closures, extreme weather events, etc.) DR.FIX bears no responsibility.
In case of loss of the parcel, the customer must contact the transport company, as well as inform us immediately about the event. The transport company is solely responsible.
From the moment the goods are received from our store, on behalf of the buyer, either by himself or by his representative or transport company, we are released from any responsibility for delay, loss, destruction, theft or damage of their products or packaging. .
OBLIGATIONS AND WARRANTIES
Issues of providing Guarantee of the goods and any returns for any reason, are determined by the current provisions of the Greek Laws.

Greek Legislation ensures the rights of consumers with Laws and Instructions such as N2251 / 94 (Government Gazette 191 / 16-11-1994), AK 34534, §537, §540 and §554, §555 as amended by L3043 / 2002, or younger.
"DR.FIX" must deliver all the goods in excellent condition unless it is explicitly stated that they are used. If a product is not in excellent condition, the buyer has the right to return it according to the instructions below.
The Guarantees of all products, which are intended for the European Union, are required to be covered by the respective official representatives. Otherwise "DR.FIX" must cover the Warranty.
Returns of products that do not present a problem are charged to the buyer (such as shipping, handling or inspection costs).
PROPERTY OWNERSHIP / OWNERSHIP RIGHTS
Until the final payment of the goods, they remain the property of "DR.FIX".

RESERVATIONS
"DR.FIX" can not be blamed, for any damage can be caused by products that it distributes and trades and which are covered by International safety rules. The buyer must be informed about the correct way of use and the precautions of the products.
LEGAL RIGHTS
For any transaction made with "DR.FIX", the Legislation of Greece applies and it is agreed that the competent authorities for resolving disputes are the Courts of Athens.
RETURNS
Product photos are sample and the color of the final product may differ. Returns or product replacements (eg color ratio) are accepted only after consultation and as long as the product has not been opened or used.
Also, returns are not accepted, in cases of wear or damage to the packaging.
The cost of Shipping, of all products returned to the Company, is borne by the buyer.
"DR.FIX" reserves the right not to accept product returns when it deems that there are special reasons.
RETURN POLICY
From the initial submission of the customer's order until the deadline of 14 calendar days from the delivery of the products, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the sale.
This withdrawal is unjustified and without any charge and if the item has already been delivered the customer must return the product exactly in the condition in which it was received, with the package sealed with the security sticker, in excellent condition. The return of the item is accepted, only if first the buyer has paid every amount charged by our company for the shipment of the item to him and the shipping costs for the return of the item.
The declaration of withdrawal is exercised in writing or electronically and our company is obliged to send a confirmation of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal as soon as it arrives.
Following the withdrawal statement, our company is obliged to return the price received as soon as it receives the product back, in a manner specified by the company in each case.
The return will be made within fourteen (14) working days of both the product and the price.
Delivery costs are not refundable unless the customer has chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by our company. The customer is also obliged (unless the supplier has offered to pick up the goods himself) to return the products within 7 calendar days from the day on which he notified the withdrawal.
The customer is responsible to compensate the company if he made use other than that which is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods in the period until the declaration of withdrawal and our company is entitled to agree with the customer its compensation still and with mutual netting. In case the withdrawal concerns the provision of services, the customer must pay an amount commensurate with the one provided until the withdrawal statement. Return Policy

CLARIFICATIONS
By confirming each order electronically, it is understood that all terms are fully understood and unreservedly accepted. Any questions, clarifications or unclear understandings of the shipping, payment and warranty terms currently mentioned should be clarified by the buyer, requesting additional details in writing. After sending / receiving an order, no disagreement with the above terms is accepted as the buyer must have read them.
